Return Policy

All orders are checked for defects before handover to customer. In an unfortunate case which you receive a defective item, please contact us within a stipulated number of hours of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.

Please note:

The item is in your responsibility until it returns to us. It must be returned to us in its original condition. 

The item must be returned to us within 48 hours of receipt. 
Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof.  


If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded a credit of the item to your member account only and this credit may be used in your next order with us.  
 
We strictly do not offer any cash refund under any circumstances. For any reasons of exchange or returns, the value will be credited to your member account only. We do not offer refund via Bank or PayPal.

Refund Policy

What is the acceptable reason for Refunding item?

We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.

The management QuintMas Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. (687886 - T) reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.

We do not accept refunds for items which are on clearance or sale.

Refunds are only valid if the items are spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable and also received wrong item. 

We will only issue you a refund via STORE CREDIT and it may take up to 2-4 hours days to process.


Please take note that ALL clearance or sale items are not refundable.
