1. What is Self Pick-Up? 
    • Allows you with a new way of ordering to order your preferred drinks. Now that pre-orders are available on our website, you can pick them up at the outlet of your choice at the scheduled time.

 

2. Does Self Pick-up exist at every outlet?
    • Yes, Self Pick-Up is available at our both outlets at Langkawi.

 

3. What are the key benefits of self-pick-up?
    • Save time and shop for your favourite drinks in a safe and effective way. You can now get the most up-to-date information on promotions and save time by inquiring about stock availability as well as price. You only need to pay and pick up your order at the outlet and there are no additional fees for this service.

 

4. How do I place a Self-Pickup order?
Just follow to these 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Add your favourite drinks to the cart.
Step 2: Provide your contact information.
Step 3: Get the order confirmation.
Step 4: Pick up your order.

 

5. What time do self-pickup services run?
    • You can place your order on the website. The order must be confirmed two hours before the scheduled pickup time. To ensure that stock is reserved, items must be picked up on the same order date. The last pickup time is 9:45 p.m.

 

6. Which payment methods are available for self-pickup?
    • Debit/credit cards (Visa and Master) issued by Malaysian banks, e-wallets (GrabPay, Boost & Touch 'n Go, ShopeePay, QRPay), or online banking(FPX) are all acceptable payment methods.

 


7. How will I know if my Self Pick-up order has been received by our outlets?
    • You will be given an order number to show that your stock has been reserved. You must present this order number at the cashier counter in order to pick up the items.

 

8. How long must I wait after placing an order for Self Pick-Up?
    • Order confirmation is required two hours prior to the pickup time.

 

 9. Where can I pick up my orders for Self-Service?
    • You can pick up your order at the outlet you chose when you placed your order on the website. At the cashier counter, there will be a designated area with 'Self Pick-Up' signage where you can pick up your order. Simply tell our cashier your order number and name.

 

10. Can I make a payment via online transfer?
    • Yes. Payment has to be made by online transaction ONLY. 

 

11. Is there a fee for self-pick-up?
    • No, this service is completely free of charge!

 

12. Is there a minimum order amount for Self Pick-Up?
    • No minimum order is required for Self Pick-Up.

 

13. Can I schedule my order ahead of time? Or, once I've received the order number, how long will the stock be held for me?
    • This website allows you to place future orders up to 7 hours in advance. If the customer does not pick up the stock by 9:45 p.m. on the same day, the stock will be released.

 

14. What are the safety regulations?
- The safety rules are some rules and regulations that we have established so that our customers can shop with self-assurance in our stores.

• Customers must wear face masks to enter the premise; 
• Use the sanitizer provided; and scan the QR code before entering our premise.
• Practice social distancing by lining up 1 metre away.
 

15. Quintmas save my contact information if I place an order?
    • Yes, by using this website to place an order, you have given Quintmas permission to retrieve your contact information for future marketing updates. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by responding to our email. According to the PDPA, we will not use or disclose your Personal Information without your prior consent.

 

16. May I send a representative to pick up my order?
    • Yes. Please provide us with the name and phone number of your representative. You will also need to provide your representative with our order number for verification purposes during pickup.

 

17. Is a delivery service available?
    • No, currently unavailable.
